We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver an exceptional dining experience at our golf club’s restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will bring passion, innovation, and strong leadership skills to create and maintain a high-quality menu that delights our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee an innovative, seasonal menu that caters to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
- Supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs without compromising quality.
- Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management on event menus and special promotions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-quality restaurant or club environment.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and contemporary culinary trends.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred.
