We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Events Manager to oversee and manage all events at our golf club. This includes organizing golf tournaments, corporate events, weddings, private parties, and other special occasions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a creative flair for event design, and the ability to deliver outstanding experiences for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of club events, including logistics, catering, staffing, and decor.
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Ensure events are executed flawlessly and meet the club’s standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote events and attract guests.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing profitability.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring timelines and quality are met.
- Maintain detailed records of past events to improve future planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Events Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry.
- Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and innovation in designing event concepts and experiences.
- Proficiency in event management software is a plus.
