Tiers, Pricing & Initiation Fees
There are four tiers available at a 50% off launch rate: Social (79/month), Heritage(179/month), Legacy (279/month), and Founder(379/month).
Standard initiation fees range from $399 (Social) to $999 (Founder), but all initiation fees are completely waived during the launch week.
No, all fees paid to the club—including initiation fees, monthly dues, and annual fees—are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Yes, the club can modify pricing with 30 days' written notice for monthly members or at the next renewal for annual members. However, Founder Members receive "rate-locked" annual pricing, meaning their base tier rate will not increase as long as their account remains continuously active without pause or lapse.
Annual Plans & Billing
Annual plans are offered on a "Pay 11 Months, Get the 12th Month Free" basis. You pay 11 months upfront as a single payment and receive a full 12 months of access.
You can cancel an annual membership early with 30 days' written notice, but you will forfeit all remaining prepaid months and the "free 12th month" promotional benefit. No refunds are issued for early cancellation.
The club will make an additional attempt to process the payment within 5 calendar days. If it fails again, your account is immediately placed in "Suspended" status, and a $45 reactivation fee may be assessed before your benefits are restored.
Yes, all membership fees are exclusive of applicable New Jersey state and local taxes, which will be calculated and collected in addition to your stated tier rate.
Family & Household Add-Ons
Primary members can add a Spouse or Domestic Partner for $40/month, a Young Adult (18-22, enrolled student) for $25/month, and a Child (under 18) for $15/month. Children under 8 are free when accompanied by a member.
No, all household members share the primary account's range of hours and stay benefits. These are not duplicated or multiplied per person.
No, removing a household member requires 30 days' prior to written notice to the club. The final billing cycle will be completed as scheduled, and no mid-cycle refunds or prorations are provided.
The $25/month Young Adult rate is contingent on annual verification of enrollment in an accredited educational institution. Failure to provide verification will result in the dependent being automatically reclassified to the standard adult tier rate.
Pauses, Cancellations & Terminations
Yes, members may request a pause of up to two (2) months per rolling 12-month period. A written request must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date.
No, during a pause, all access to club facilities, benefits, and credits is fully suspended. Credits do not accumulate, and any vesting periods (such as for overnight stays) are paused until the account is reactivated.
Yes, the club reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately, without prior notice and without a refund, for reasons including rule violations, failure to pay, abusive conduct, or misrepresentation.
No, memberships and all associated benefits are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any attempted transfer, sale, or sublicensing of your membership or credits is void.
Credits, Amenities & Access
No, driving range hours expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle. They do not roll over and have no cash value.
No, member discounts do not apply to gift cards, and your monthly benefits or credits cannot be used to purchase them.
No, complimentary stay credits require a 90-day continuous, active membership vesting period before they become available to book.
No, utilizing a complimentary event space credit strictly requires placing a catering minimum order of at least $1,000 exclusively through Apple Mountain Country Club.
No, membership fees will not be suspended, credited, or refunded due to temporary closures or Force Majeure events (like severe weather, utility failures, or government orders).
