- Household & Family Data: names, ages, and relationship of household members added to a membership account; student enrollment status for young adult add-ons
- Payment Data: credit or debit card details, billing address, transaction history. Payment information is processed by our payment processor and is not stored directly by AMCC beyond what is required for recurring billing
- Membership Data: membership tier, enrollment date, benefit usage, reservation history, driving range usage, and account standing
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, time zone, device identifiers, and pages visited on our website
- Usage Data: how you use our website, services, and facilities
- Communications Data: records of correspondence with AMCC staff, including email and contact form submissions
- Photographic Data: images or recordings that may incidentally capture your likeness during Club events or on Club premises, used for promotional and operational purposes

- Create and manage your membership account and household member profiles
- Process payments and manage billing, renewals, and automatic charges
- Send billing notices, renewal reminders, booking confirmations, and administrative communications
- Manage reservations for the driving range, event spaces, overnight stays, and other Club services

07Photography & Likeness
The Club may photograph or record Club events, facilities, and premises for promotional, marketing, and operational purposes. By accessing Club facilities, members, household members, and guests consent to the incidental capture and use of their image in such materials, provided it does not individually identify them in a misleading context. Members who wish to be excluded from identifiable photographs must notify management in writing at contactus@applegolfclub.com.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal and operational retention obligations

09Children's Privacy
Memberships for minors under age 18 must be established by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under age 13 without verifiable parental consent.
